Duplex Needle Valves are made from duplex stainless steel, which holds roughly 22–25% chromium, 5–7% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, and controlled nitrogen. This distinctive blend produces a two-phase ferritic-austenitic structure that delivers exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
