Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Tubing consists primarily of nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron, along with additional aluminum and titanium to improve stability. The 800H grade features a controlled, higher carbon content for greater creep strength, whereas the 800HT grade is fine-tuned with aluminum and titanium to deliver outstanding high-temperature performance. These grades provide impressive mechanical strength, resistance to oxidation, and stability under elevated temperatures. They retain solid tensile strength, stress-rupture characteristics, and resistance to carburization, scaling, and chloride-induced corrosion, which makes them ideal for demanding heat-intensive operating environments.
